Before going into private practice, Benjamin E. Myers worked for multiple district courts and saw people getting poor representation from lawyers who were not prepared, who did not pay attention to the details. Without a strong defense, those clients received poor results.
Seeing what people are up against in court, Myers chose to devote himself to seeing that the justice system worked for his clients. From meticulous attention to detail to creative legal arguments that may not have been tried before, Myers is no run-of-the-mill defense attorney.
